How do your shoes fit?
Most of our styles run true to size — unless we say otherwise. And when we say “size up,” believe us.
Please read the product descriptions carefully — we spill the tea right there. If you usually size up, go ahead and do it because sizes are LIMITED and once they’re gone, they’re not coming back.
When will I get my order?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. We move quick — so no need to email us on Day 2, boo, it’s coming.
Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next business day.
We try to turn around orders fast and local deliveries take place every Tuesday and Friday (unless stated otherwise).
Can I get a rush delivery?
Got last-minute plans? We get it.
Shoot us an email before placing your order — no guarantees, but we’ll try our best to make it happen.

How do I place an order?
All orders must be made online through our website. We don’t do cash-on-delivery — we’re a digital baddie brand. Tap in or tap out.
When do new styles drop?
New drops hit every month — we’re XI:XI, after all. It’s not just a name, it’s a movement.
If there's a holiday, we might do two drops to make sure our good sis ain’t left outfit-less when it’s time to cause shoe traffic.
Do you ever have sales?
Sales? Rare. Our collections are exclusive, timely, and built to cause a scene.
But if you see a sale — it’s probably throwback stock from our pre-relaunch era, packed in older packaging. Or maybe we need to make space for new styles!
Keep your eyes peeled — they go fast.
Do you still sell pieces from your original collection?
Yes, we do! We’ve got limited gems left from our custom collection, available for $111.
These aren’t leftovers — they’re OG heat. Still fire, still worth the step.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but here’s what to know:
-International shipping is $45.00 USD
-You’re responsible for any duties or customs fees
If you return a pair, you cover the shipping cost.
So please double-check your size and shop with confidence — Cinderella only needed one perfect fit.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unworn, unscuffed shoes and the security tag cannot be removed — no exceptions.
Be careful where you try them on — we don’t do dirty bottoms.
For local returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
